Address: 900 block Sequoia Trail (behind Lincoln Elementary School)
Suspect(s): Male, age 30, Madison
Victim: Female, age 34, Madison
Detail: A 30-year old Madison woman was attacked and sexually assaulted as she walked behind Lincoln Elementary School Monday night. The victim suffered facial injuries as a result of the battery. She said her assailant – a stranger - was scared off by the headlights of a car.
A person of interest was later located outside of an apartment on Magnolia Lane. He is in secure custody, but has not yet been arrested.
