Posted Monday, February 25, 2013 --- 1:31 p.m.

Incident Report from the Madison Police Department:

Incident Type: Residential Burglary

Incident Date: 02/23/2013 - 8:11 PM

Address: 200 block Langdon St.

Suspect(s): Male, black, 17-20 years old, dark complexion, shorter hair, clean-shaven, large diamond style earrings in each ear, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and possibly a red baseball hat.

Victim: Female, age 22, Madison

Details: A Langdon Street resident came out of her bathroom Saturday night to find a burglar inside her apartment. She screamed and he fled with her roommate’s green and white North Face brand backpack. It contained the women's laptop computers, the roommate’s iPhone 5, and the roommate’s wallet. The victim said their apartment door was not locked.

Entry has been gained, in many recent downtown burglaries, through unlocked doors.
