According to the Janesville Police Department, a 30-year-old man received his fifth OWI Sunday morning.
At 1:32 a.m. Jeremiah T. Smith, of rural Clinton, was arrested near the intersection of N. High St. and Race St. on Janesville’s west side.
Smith had a blood alcohol content of .10, according to a release. He was held at the Rock County Jail on 5th offense OWI and on a probation hold.
Smith had a revoked driving status, police said.
