An inmate in the Dane County Jail has been declared AWOL.
Paul D. Richardson, age 24 of Madison, was released from the Public Safety Building at 9:45 a.m. for a medical appointment. He was scheduled to be back at 12:00 pm, but did not return.
Richardson is currently serving a 12-month sentence for knowingly fleeing and officer, resisting/obstructing an officer, and battery.
Anyone with information on Richardson’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
