Posted Sunday, February 12, 2012 --- 2:14 p.m.

Press Release from the Dane Co. Sheriff's Department:

Madison, WI. February 12, 2010 – A citizen traveling northbound on USH 14 in the township of Rutland called 911 after witnessing a red in color Chevrolet Blazer being driven erratically. This citizen followed the vehicle while providing the Dane County Communications Center updates on the drivers actions and vehicle location.

A Dane County Deputy Sheriff ultimately made contact with the driver of the Blazer as he was entering a bar on Roth Street in Madison. The driver, 43-year-old Daniel Fillbach of Madison, was eventually arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated – 7th Offense. After getting a sample of his blood for further alcohol testing, Fillbach was booked in at the Dane County Jail where he will remain until his initial court appearance for this felony offense.

It's what happens when one drives his own life.

Maby if your so anxious for him to get his 8th OWI you should help him while your "waiting" This is a very sick individule and there is no room at the Tellerium for real sick people! Hospitals can only do so much..Unless you would perfer to just "wait" and do nothing, just sit here and judge, that always helps sick people get better!

Please tell me that the location of the stop was a misprint.. From Town of Ruthland just north of Oregon to the far northeast side off Sherman Ave behind Oscar Mayer. Did Madison Police Department stop working, he properbly went right past their garage on First Street. How can we have this happen, if his driving was erratic, how can he travel all the way through the City of Madison with someone following and talking to 911, This really didn't happen, did it??

His 8th will come, just like all the other drunks who keep getting repeat OWI's. And I am not sure if you are aware, but you can't help those who don't want it. Huh. As far as "sick" goes, don't even get me started.

What "sickness" is this? Does it have a name? Is it one of those "isms"? What part of this person is "sick"?

Anyone can get a vehicle licensed in their name no matter if they have had 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 OWI's. This is wrong. Maybe if they couldn't get a vehicle in their name they would not drive. I wouldn't let anyone with that problem use my vehicle. If if a person does they should get cited also. It is getting worse instead of better.
