Sauk Co. deputies say an adult novelty store has been selling synthetic marijuana.
Deputies executed a search warrant Thursday at Cupid's Novelties and Lingerie in the Township of Delton.
Deputies say they found a large amount of synthetic marijuana being sold as “Potpourri.”
Authorities also seized drug paraphernalia they say was used for smoking the synthetic marijuana, along with cash and other documents.
Paul Synder and Jerry Davis are scheduled to appear in court next month for “Possession with Intent to Distribute a Hazardous Substance.”
Deputies say abuse of synthetic marijuana can cause a variety of severe health problems, including exhaustion, hallucination, increased heart rate, body over-heating, seizures, hospitalization, suicidal tendencies and death.
