UPDATE: Dodge Co. Medical Examiner identifies man killed after being pinned under truck

UPDATED Wednesday, May 27, 2014 --- 11:32 a.m.

The Dodge Co. Medical Examiner has identified the man killed when a truck tipped on its side as Paul Kuck.

Kuck was walking near the truck when it tipped. The accident happened Tuesday in the Town of Ashippun.

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office says they are currently investigating the death of a 46-year-old Neosho man who was trapped underneath a vehicle.

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office along with the Wisconsin State Patrol responded to the scene along with the Ashippun Fire Department, Ashippun First Responders, the Lebanon EMS and Watertown EMS and Fond Du Lac Flight for Life.

Sheriff Patricia Ninmann tells us that around 8:30 a.m. the Dodge County Central Communications received a 911 call indicating a truck located in rural Neosho had overturned and the family could not locate the man who was driving the truck.

The man was located pinned underneath the large truck. Fire and EMS were able to free the man and provide emergency medical services however the 46-year-old Neosho man did not survive and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Dodge County Medical Examiners Office along with the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is currently still investigating this incident. The name of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of family.
