A Whitewater man is accused of causing a collision Saturday night in the Town of Whitewater and injuring all four occupants in the car he crashed into.
The Walworth County Sheriff's Office says 26-year-old Jeremy Colberg was driving on Highway 12 after 8 p.m. Saturday when he turned left into an oncoming minivan. The four riders in the other car, ages 46-73, were all trapped inside. When crews pried them loose they all had broken bones or other critical injuries and were taken to various hospitals.
Colberg was arrested for his third OWI offense, as well as for violating his parole for a previous drug arrest, and on charges relating to the incident.
