Madison, WI. March 8, 2013 – On Thursday, March 7th at approximately 4:55 pm, a Dane County Sheriff’s deputy arrested Jeffrey M. Polkoski, age 33 of Fitchburg, for Operating While Intoxicated-5th Offense.
The license plate on the vehicle showed the driver was revoked, so the deputy made a traffic stop in the City of Monona on eastbound USH 12/18 at Monona Drive. Polkoski was booked into the Dane County Jail on the felony OWI charge and also cited for Operating After Revocation and No Insurance.
