Several parts of the NBC15 viewing area have been dealing with flooding Monday.
In Sauk County, several roads are closed due to flooding like parts of County Roads E, C, and PF.
This created problems for the morning commute, leaving students of Tower Rock Elementary in Prairie du Sac waiting outside for nearly an hour as their bus maneuvered around the closed roads.
"We missed a couple people because there was flooding across the road, and we needed to take different routes," recalls Tower Rock Elementary student, Dylan Breunig.
"I've never had anything like this in my three years," said Tower Rock Elementary teacher, Erin McCabe.
While some NBC15 spoke to Monday said this is the worst they have seen the roads, Sauk County Emergency Management said these are problem areas every year. They should clear up on their own as the day continues.
