Information from the Janesville Police Department:

On 9/22/2012 at 5:32 p.m. Officer Eric Grahn observed a vehicle operating with an almost flat, driver side tire, defective exhaust, which then made an unsafe lane deviation. Upon stopping the vehicle, Officer Grahn made contact with the driver, Timothy Graesslin, who smelled of the odor of intoxicants. Graesslin was given standardized field sobriety tests, which he failed, and was subsequently arrested for OWI. Department of Transportation records showed Dawson has four prior OWI convictions.
