Press Release from the Janesville Police Department:
On February 12th at 1:57 am the Janesville Police Department responded to an alarm at 1621 W. Court St., Julie and Ray’s Liquor store. Upon arrival officers found the north side drive up window smashed out.
The surveillance video shows the suspect entering the store through the drive up window, placing numerous packs of cigarettes and liquor bottles in a bag and fleeing through the same window. The suspect was in the store for approximately one minute.
The suspect is described as a white male, 5’8” to 5’10” wearing a solid colored winter coat with the hood over his head. He was also wearing jeans, black tennis shoes with white soles, and black rimmed glasses.
