According to the Janesville Police Department, a concerned citizen called to report a reckless driver on Janesville's south side, which later resulted in an arrest.
Officers located the suspect's vehicle on the 2100 block of South Walnut Street. The driver made a u-turn in front of his residence and became stuck in a snow bank, according to a release.
Officers reported that they could smell a strong odor of burnt marijuana coming from the inside of the vehicle, according to the release. The driver was identified as 52-year-old Leon Guenther of Janesville.
Police said Guenther failed standardized field sobriety testing and was arrested for his 8th offense OWI. Guenther was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
