From the Janesville Police Department:
Early Saturday morning Janesville Police officers stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Mole Ave. and Manor Dr. after observing the driver making a wide turn and operating left of center.
He made contact with the driver, Aaron M. Arndt, and smelled the odor of intoxicants.
Arndt, 31, admitted to drinking and failed a field sobriety test.
Arndt’s blood alcohol concentration was found to be .22.
Arndt was charged with his fourth OWI.
