Release from City of Beloit:
On Saturday, September 22, 2012, Corporate Contractors, Inc. (CCI) will begin a major roofing project on the American Construction Metals (ACM) building located at 1600 Park Avenue in the City of Beloit. CCI has informed the City that this project will involve the use of a low-flying helicopter to lift materials, which may be flying on the following dates:
Saturday, September 22nd
Sunday, September 23rd
Saturday, October 6th
Sunday, October 7th
Residents who observe a low-flying helicopter in the vicinity of the ACM building on the above dates need not be alarmed. CCI has assured the City that all construction noise will cease by 7 PM and they will fully abide by the City’s Noise Ordinance, which prohibits construction noise
between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.
