From the Dane County Sheriff's Office:
At approximately 2:30 am today, a caller to the 911 Center reported a possible drunk driver traveling eastbound on Aberg Ave. in the City of Madison. The caller reported the vehicle was “all over the road” and traveling at only about 5 mph.
A Dane County Sheriff’s deputy ran the license plate aired by dispatch and found that the registered owner of the vehicle had a suspended license. The deputy located the vehicle at the intersection of East Washington Avenue and Stoughton Road and made a traffic stop. After conducting field sobriety tests, Gregorio Tomas-Fabian, age 51 of Madison, was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated-4th Offense. He was also cited for Operating After Revocation and No Insurance.
The holiday weekend resulted in four additional OWI arrests by Dane County deputies from Thursday through Sunday.
