Suspect(s): Male, Hispanic, late 20's to early 30's, heavy accent, wearing a blue hat with a logo on the back, blue and gray puffy winter coat, and blue and white shoes.
Victim: Female, age 14, Madison
Details: A teenager waiting for a bus at the South Transfer Point reported that a man sat down next to her Monday afternoon and ended up touching her inappropriately on the outside of her pants. The 14-year old man said the man smelled of alcohol, and first asked her about when a specific bus would arrive.
Then he started coming on to her. She eventually found a friend who waited with her for the bus, and the man walked away.
