The Madison Water Utility says it is now safe for customers in the city to stop running water.
More than 650 customers were asked to run their water this winter to help keep their service laterals from freezing.
According to the Utility, customers who were told to run their water will receive a credit on their next bill for the excess water used and extra sewer charges.
Anyone with questions can call the Utility's billing department at (608) 266-4641.
