Madison Woman Arrested For 5th OWI Offense

Posted Tuesday, October 2, 2012 --- 6:50 a.m.

From the Dane County Sheriff's Department:

Madison, WI. October 2, 2012 – At approximately 3:10 am, a Dane County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Marilyn Y. Ball, age 51, Madison, for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated – 5th Offense.

The deputy was traveling eastbound on USH 12/18, just west of Interstate 90, when he observed an eastbound vehicle deviating from it’s designated lane. The deputy stopped the vehicle and made contact with Ball, who subsequently failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Ball was arrested on the felony OWI offense and is currently being held in the Dane County Jail. She was also cited for Speeding and for Deviating From a Designated Lane.

    I feel so bad for her! I hope by her 6th and 7th OWI she learns how to take a better picture! Good luck next time
