The investigation shows that a 1997 Chevy S-10 pickup truck was traveling southbound on S. CTH K when it failed to negotiate a sharp curve at W. Avon North Town Line Rd. The truck went into the south ditch and rolled over a few times, before coming to rest on its passenger side. flown by react helicopter to Rockford Memorial Hospital, where he is in critical condition.
Both alcohol and speed appear to have been factors in this crash. Timmons was issued citations for OWI 2nd, OAR, and Driving too fast for conditions.
