Madison Police say a man allegedly robbed another man and hit him with a cane.
Officers say the victim suffered broken bones in both arms.
The incident happened the afternoon of March 1st. The men were hanging out in the victim's E. Gorham St. apartment.
Police say 49-year-old Hosiea Chestnut assaulted the 69-year-old victim, then ran away with money.
Chestnut was arrested Thursday by DeForest Police and turned over to the MPD.
