Middleton Man Accused Of OWI, Hit & Run

A Middleton man is arrested and accused of driving drunk, causing a crash and then fleeing the scene.
Middleton police say the crash happened Friday night around 8 p.m. near the corner of University Avenue and Park Street. The driver who caused the crash took off. However, witnesses reported his license plate to police.
Eventually officers caught up to 51-year-old Kevin Rogan a few blocks from his home. He faces tentative charges for his 5th OWI and hit and run.
The driver of the car he hit received minor injuries.
