Update from the Madison Police Department:

Frankie Brandon and Andres Uscanga have been located and are safe.

We are no longer looking for the red Ford Ranger truck.

The investigation is continuing.

UPDATED Monday, December 31, 2012--4:40p.m.
MADISON--Police are asking for your help in locating a missing 18-year-old Madison woman. Frankie R. Brandon is possibly thought to be with her husband, but there is a history of violent domestic incidents between them and police are worried about her welfare and think she may have left the residence without consenting. Her husband is 20-year-old Andres Jafet Uscanga.

Brandon had filed for divorce earlier this month.

We spoke with her mom earlier today and she said the last time she saw Brandon was on December 26th.
She said she got a text message from her yesterday, asking her to call police. She hasn't heard from her since.

Police say Uscanga should be considered armed and dangerous.
"He does have a violent criminal history from the past and so we are encouraging people that if they see the truck or they see the couple that they call 911 and not make contact with the couple," said Lt. Stephanie Bradley Wilson, of the Madison Police Department.

The car police are asking you to look for is a 1996 red Ford Ranger pick-up truck. It may have license plate JB9774 or FJ8500.
Both of those plates have been associated with the truck in the past, though police say it's possible neither is currently on display.
Again, if you know anything about Brandon and Uscanga's whereabouts--you are asked to contact police.
