Monroe Man Arrested After Hit & Run

At 12:24 a.m. on Monday morning, police were dispatched to the 1200 block of 10th St. in Monroe for a hit and run motor vehicle accident.
According to officials, the driver, 40-year-old Todd S. Schoville, collided with a legally parked vehicle and then fled the scene on foot.
Officers later located the driver just three blocks way on the 900 block of 10th Street.
The Monroe resident was cited for hit and run to an unattended vehicle and failure to maintain control.
