When does it get real? This loser already lost his license...no insurance...refused to put an IID on the vehicle he was driving....wake up Wisconsin..none of what's in place stops these criminals (yes- criminals)from doing what they do - which is place everyone everyone else in danger when they drink and arm themselves with a motor vehicle.
