DANBURY, Wis. (AP) -- The Burnett County couple charged in the drowning death of their young daughter have turned themselves in to authorities.

Arrest warrants were issued for Thomas Williams and Jenna Danish on charges of felony neglect. Burnett County sheriff's officials say Williams and Danish turned themselves in on Sunday.

When 3-year-old Reena Williams wandered away from her home in Danbury last month, dozens of volunteers joined authorities in their search for the girl. Her body was found in a canal near her house.

WEAU-TV reports the charges carry a maximum sentence of more than two decades in prison upon conviction.

20 years sounds good, but what about the mother(i'm using this term loosely) who let her twins drowned in the bath tub & only got a year? that judge needs to be voted out. she should have gotten at least 20 years, 10 for each child.no justice for those babies :(
