Three children were taken to the hospital after police say they were injured in an abduction.
Officials say it all started shortly after five Monday night in Oshkosh, when a woman said she was assaulted in a domestic dispute.
The suspect left the scene, but authorities were told he had ties to the Fond du Lac area.
Officials say the suspect from the Oshkosh incident went to Fond du Lac, and abducted the woman's three children at a home on Hawthorne Drive. They are three, four and five years old.
The man's vehicle was spotted in Menomonee Falls, and a chase started.
The chase ended with a crash. The three children were taken to Children's Hospital near Milwaukee, but authorities haven't said how severe their injuries are.
The suspect is a 19-year-old Fond du Lac man. Police originally said the man was 29 and from Milwaukee.
He was arrested, and is expected to face kidnapping charges in Fond du Lac, as well as other charges from Oshkosh and Menomonee Falls.

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (AP) -- A 19-year-old man could be charged with kidnapping and other felonies for taking three young children from a Fond du Lac home.
Officers were chasing the Fond du Lac man in the Milwaukee suburb of Menomonee Falls when he crashed his sport utility vehicle Monday night. The man tried to run away but was arrested.
The children, ages 3, 4 and 5, were found in the SUV. Police say they were taken to a Milwaukee hospital for treatment.
Fond du Lac police were called by Oshkosh police shortly after 5 p.m. about a man wanted for a domestic battery in Oshkosh. At about the same time, police received an abandoned 911 call from a home in Fond du Lac.
Police determined the suspect in the Oshkosh incident had abducted three children whose mother was the domestic battery victim.
