The Janesville and Madison Police Departments are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ryhene Jamel Thomas (DOB 06/10/1987). Ryhene goes by the name of “Jamel.” He is 5’10” tall, approximately 170 lbs, has shoulder length braids, numerous tattoos including a tear drop below his right eye. He was last seen wearing baggy dark jeans, and usually carries a black backpack.
Ryhene Jamel Thomas is homeless and has stayed at the homeless shelter in Janesville, but had more recently been staying at a homeless shelter in Madison.
Ryhene has not been seen since around noon on 12/22/2012 near the 5 Points Gas Station in Janesville. He left stating he was going to Madison.
He has not had contact with relatives, which is out of the ordinary for him.
