FOND DU LAC, Wis. (AP) -- Two eastern Wisconsin men accused of hanging a teenage boy by the ankles and ordering a pit bull dog to bite him each face several felony charges including battery and false imprisonment.
Fifty-eight-year-old Richard R. Lisko and 43-year-old Joel E. Kennedy were charged Thursday.
A criminal complaint says Kennedy's 18-year-old son told investigators that Lisko and his father accused him Friday of stealing drugs and coins at Lisko's house in Campbellsport. He said Lisko tied him up and the two men suspended him by the ankles, then Lisko ordered his pit bull dog to attack. The teen suffered several bites.
Campbellsport is about 50 miles northwest of Milwaukee.
Lisko's defense attorney, Dan Stevens, says the teenager has taunted the dog in the past.
Kennedy appeared in court without an attorney.

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (AP) -- Two Wisconsin men have been charged in connection with an alleged dog attack in which one of the men's teenage sons suffered multiple dog bites.
Fifty-eight-year-old Richard R. Lisko and 43-year-old Joel E. Kennedy are scheduled to make initial court appearances Thursday morning.
Kennedy's 18-year-old son told investigators that Lisko accused him of stealing gold coins last week. When the teen denied stealing anything, he says Lisko and his father tied him at the ankles and suspended him upside-down, and that Lisko ordered his dog to attack the teen.
Lisko also faces assault charges in an unrelated case. His defense attorney in that case, Dan Stevens, says there was a history between the dog and the 18-year-old.
Online court records didn't list an attorney for Kennedy, of New Berlin.

Wisconsin authorities say a homeowner who accused an 18-year-old man of theft bound the teen by the ankles, hung him upside-down and commanded a pit bull attack him while the teen's father watched.
The homeowner and father are due in court Thursday in Fond du Lac County.
Sheriff's Lt. Cameron McGee says the alleged incident happened Friday in the Town of Osceola.
Authorities say the homeowner had the dog attack once as a means of interrogation. The teen was then allegedly bound and hung upside-down from porch rafters while the dog attacked again. McGee says the teen's father may have participated.
