Suspect was issued a citation for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Operating After Suspension.
Details: An Orfordville woman admitted she had come to Madison to buy heroin Tuesday morning. She was contacted in the 2400 block of S. Park St. after numerous citizens reported seeing a green Oldsmobile driving erratically in the area. The driver said she had used some of the purchased heroin prior to getting back behind the wheel.
