NORTH PRAIRIE, Wis. (AP) -- Rep. Paul Ryan has drawn more than 100 people to a town hall meeting in southeastern Wisconsin where he is talking about the economy, taxes -- and cheese.
Ryan is kicking off four days of town hall meetings on Tuesday in North Prairie.
One of the questions he's addressing is about trade talks in which the European Union wants to bar U.S. cheesemakers from using European names for their cheese.
Ryan says it's ridiculous to think that the U.S. government would agree to a deal that would not let U.S. cheesemakers call their cheese Havarti or Gouda.
