On June 12, 2012, the Sauk County Drug Task Force, along with the Sauk County Sheriff's Office, executed a search warrant at 401 Cedar St. in the Village of West Baraboo. This was the second search warrant executed at the same residence in the last three months. As a result of the search warrant seven people were arrested. Charged with Conspiracy To Deliver Heroin were Richard A. Benson, age 37, from West Baraboo, Erika L. Snider, age 24, from West Baraboo, Bradley J. McKittrick, age 28, from West Baraboo, and Miria L. Kingsley, age 26, from West Baraboo. Benson was also charged with Possession Of Heroin With The Intent To Deliver.
Additionally Erinn N. Snider, age 24, from Baraboo was charged with Possession Of Heroin and Bail Jumping. Dylan R. Busjahn, age 24, from West Baraboo was charged with Possession Of Heroin and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. Tyrone J. Williams, age 39, from Madison was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana and Bail Jumping. All seven subjects were incarcerated in the Sauk County Jail.
Items seized in the search included marijuana, heroin, suboxone strips, drug paraphernalia, US currency, drug packaging material, computers, digital scale, syringes, and cell phones.
Conspiracy To Deliver Heroin carries a maximum penalty of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), or imprisoned not more then twenty five (25) years, or both.
The Sauk County Drug Task Force is made up of officers from the Sauk County Sheriff's Office, Lake Delton Police Department, Sauk Prairie Police Department, Baraboo Police Department, Reedsburg Police Department, Spring Green Police Department, Wisconsin State Patrol, and the Wisconsin Dells Police Department.
