It was not adults who were responsible for this. It was a group of teenagers hanging around the south transfer bus depot showing off to one another. The end result could have been much worse than a bullet bouncing off the ground. My understanding is that one of the metro drivers was almost hit by the stray bullet.

I agree that people should have a gun in their house to protect themselves and their family but it has been an undeniable trend that since the conceal and carry law went into place that there are a lot more of these incidents. A lot of the people that don't follow the rules also may have never been caught so are allowed to get a cc license. Or they have an excuse to carry a gun whether they have a permit or not...

Conceal carry or not I have a feeling this person does not follow the rules. Conceal carry does not allow you to fire a gun near a city bus. CC is for law abiding citizens to protect themselves against people like this guy.
