Press Release from the Janesville Police Department:
On September 11, 2012 at 8:15 a.m.a 12 year old Janesville girl reported she was walking westbound on Elizabeth St. She reports she was grabbed from behind by a subject. The subject fled eastbound on Elizabeth when another car drove by them on Elizabeth.
The girl was not injured in the altercation.
Janesville Police Officers continue to canvas the area for witnesses.

M/W, unknown age, 6', medium build, blue jeans, wrinkled face.
