Teen Punches Metro Driver

Incident Report from the Madison Police Department:

Incident Type: Battery

Incident Date: 11/17/2012 - 8:19 PM

Address: 2000 block Aberg Ave.

Suspect(s): Male, black, 15-18 years old, 5'5" to 5'8", 150-200 pounds, stocky build, wearing a white "hoodie" and dark colored pants.

Victim:Male age 59
Victim is a Madison Metro bus driver.

Details: A Madison Metro driver was punched in the face after asking a young man for an ID card after the teen tried to board his bus using a student pass. The teen, and two of his friends, began yelling at the driver, saying they did not need to have an identification card. The driver said he was going to radio for police to come to the location: the 2000 block of Aberg Ave. As he did so, one teen delivered a closed fist blow to his face. The teens fled on foot.

    Obama would be proud of these teens. I'm sure somebody is going to allege that the driver is a racist. Sad.

    Id's for bus passes, when the state waste tons of money on Quest cards they need to have their pictures on them, so they can't give them to other peple for cash, when will Wisconsin learn I for one am So sick and tried of people that sell the cards for CASH I her at work they need to have the cards taken away FOREVER I will give names if you need I am sure otherpeople are sick and tried of it too ad they need too drugs test these people

    Gee, I say the usual " boy, I'm sure his parents are proud", but unfortunately it's probably true. Kids with decent parents don't do these things. Shame on them and their useless spawn.
