MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- One of Governor Scott Walker's former top aides is expected to plead guilty today to a single count of felony misconduct as part of a deal with prosecutors. Kelly Rindfleisch is scheduled to appear in court this afternoon. She was Walker's deputy chief of staff when he was Milwaukee County executive.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- A Minnesota man who broke into the Wisconsin Capitol through a first-floor window is facing criminal charges after he was found passed out on a fourth-floor rooftop. Twenty-one-year-old Andrew Bishop is charged with felony criminal damage and entering a locked building. Authorities say he was drunk.

LA CROSSE, Wis. (AP) -- La Crosse police have arrested a 39-year-old Minnesota man for last month's shooting deaths of a father and son in their photography store. Jeffrey Lepsch is charged with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide for the deaths of Paul and A.J. Petras.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Overall attendance is up along with revenue at the Wisconsin Historical Society's 11 sites and museums across the state. Both figures climbed about 3 percent from a year ago.
