UPDATE: Two Teens in Custody; Accused of Sexually Assaulting Girls in Lake Geneva

Press Release from the Lake Geneva Police Department:

Lake Geneva Police Chief, Michael S. Rasmussen, reports: On January 20, 2013, the City of Lake Geneva Police Department investigated complaints received from two 13 year old females. These complaints were in reference to multiple sexual assaults of the two females in the City of Lake Geneva by two male suspects, Daniel Tencle Frias (17) and Oscar Mendoza Tencle (18), who are residents of the City of Milwaukee.

The reported assaults occurred after the suspects established relationships with their 13 year old victim’s on Facebook. The assaults occurred in a vacant residence in the City of Lake Geneva after a face to face meeting in late October of 2012. The City of Milwaukee and the City of Brookfield Police Departments assisted in the apprehension of both individuals. Both suspects are confined in the Walworth County Jail and charges of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, Criminal Trespassing have been referred to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office.
