From the Rock County Sheriff's Office:
On Saturday, 02/04/12 at 1637 hours, the Rock County Communications Center broadcasted a traffic complaint of a Green, 1994 Lincoln Town Car driving erratically westbound on W. STH 11 near S. Old Hwy 11 in Plymouth Township. The vehicle was followed to 214 N. Main Street in Orfordville where a Rock County Sheriff’s Deputy observed it parked in the driveway and occupied by the registered owner, Todd M. Uebele, age 51, of Watertown.
Uebele was seated in the driver’s position, with the keys in the ignition, and the hood of the vehicle was warm to the touch. Uebele claimed he had been drinking at the residence and hadn’t been driving the vehicle. Uebele offered no explanation as to why the hood of the vehicle was warm if nobody else had recently driven it.
Uebele refused to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was subsequently arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated (4th Offense). Uebele was also cited for Operating a Motor Vehicle After Revocation and Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device. Uebele was transported to the Rock County Jail where he was processed and issued a court date of 03/08/12 @ 0800 hours.
