Waunakee Police arrested a man for his alleged 9th offense of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated Sunday.
Police say 40-year-old Richard Duran failed to stop at a stop sign around 12:13 that morning. He then allegedly drove in the opposite lane of traffic.
Duran was pulled over and arrested after taking field sobriety tests. He was booked into jail on the OWI charge and on a probation hold.
If convicted Duran could face up to 10 years in prison and up to a $25,000 fine.
