TOWN OF WESTPORT, Wis. (AP) -- A Waunakee man has been arrested on suspicion of eighth-offense intoxicated driving after deputies say he struck another vehicle, injuring its 80-year-old driver.
The Dane County sheriff's office says the collision occurred Tuesday afternoon in the Town of Westport.
Authorities say the 41-year-old suspect was northbound when his vehicle crossed over the grass median into oncoming traffic. He collided with another vehicle and then fled the scene on foot.
