Posted Wednesday, September 5, 2012 --- 7:35 a.m.

Here is the latest Wisconsin news from The Associated Press:

HILLSBORO, Wis. (AP) -- A rural Hillsboro man was arrested for the 11th time on suspicion of drunken driving. The 51-year-old was arrested on Monday when he was driving on the wrong side of a highway. He was out on bond following a previous drunken driving arrest earlier this spring.

ANTIGO, Wis. (AP) -- A 34-year-old man who's accused of selling drugs and supplying a former Antigo teacher and coach is facing 50 charges. So far, 15 people have been charged as a result of a drug investigation that prosecutors say includes teachers from Antigo and Merrill.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- The state wants to keep nearly $20,000 in cash that was seized from four people as part of an investigation into alleged sports-betting operations. The Wisconsin Department of Justice wants a judge to declare the money as contraband. No criminal charges were filed in any case.

CORALVILLE, Iowa (AP) -- Researchers in Wisconsin and Iowa are hoping to protect children from fatal tractor accidents in part by using a state-of-the-art driving simulator to help determine when kids can safely operate farm equipment. Officials hope the simulator will teach children between the ages of 10 and 17 how to make smart decisions while driving the machinery.
