MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Outdoor lovers will get a chance to learn a host of skills at the Horicon Marsh later this month.
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and Friends of Horicon Marsh International Education Center are planning to hold an outdoors skill day at the center on Saturday. Visitors of all ages will learn about archery, gun safety, backyard bird feeding, fishing, first aid, cast-iron cooking, waterfowl and camping.
The education center is located on Highway 28 in Horicon. Admission is free.
