Wis. Man Faces 13th OWI Charge

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- A 56-year-old Green Bay man faces his 13th charge of operating while intoxicated.

Police stopped a minivan and arrested the man Saturday afternoon in Green Bay. He was sent to the Brown County Jail.

The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports online state records show the man being convicted of an alcohol-related driving offense as far back as 1992.

In 2002, records show he was convicted of an 11th offense OWI, sentenced to 45 months in state prison and ordered to completely abstain from alcohol.

    Why is it even possible to be charged with that??? Someone should have put a stop to him and his behavior long ago.
