UW-Madison students who may be impacted by Hurricane Sandy are encouraged to call the Dean of Students office for assistance with any academic and student life issues that may arise.
"As the storm prepares to make landfall, we're concerned for all of our East Coast students here in Wisconsin as well as their families and friends back home," says Dean of Students Lori Berquam.
"Our thoughts are with you and we want to do everything we can to make your life a little easier during this stressful time."

Berquam is contacting all students from the Eastern Seaboard who might be impacted to tell them to be sure to keep in touch with their families and develop alternative methods of contact in case communication lines go down.
