A | A | A

Furniture from around the world always adds interest to your home.

In this week's Hot Trends, Christine Bellport shows us a new trend in home furnishings.

Contemporary Asian home furnishings is sweeping across the country.

Perhaps because it is a style that you can mix with any other style in your home.

We found it at Indocara on West Washington Avenue in Madison.

Owner Natasha Vora says, "We're bringing this kind of as a new trend not only to Madison but to the US. Madison is fortunate to have it right here at home."

Natasha also uses local designers and she has an eye for those who care about the environment.

Vora says, "He used Walnut and black steel in Sauk County."

Using Bamboo is also a hot trend because it is sustainable with a lot of texture.

The prices are pretty amazing since you are not shopping in Chicago or San Francisco and they are having a big sale in March.

You may even catch coach Bret Bielema there --- he has bought many pieces for his home at Indocara.
