On Monday April 9th, 2012 at 2:20am a Deputy from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office arrested David Haefner, 52 years of age, from Janesville, WI for felony 9th Offense Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicants.
The Deputy initiated a traffic stop on Haefner, as he was traveling westbound on E. STH 59 near N. Goede Rd. The Deputy detected an odor of intoxicants on Haefner’s breath, as he made contact with him. The Deputy conducted field sobriety tests on Haefner, who failed the tests. Haefner was subsequently arrested for his 9th Offense OWI, and for Operating While Revoked. Haefner was transported to the Rock County Jail where he was being held for a preliminary appearance in jail court on 04-09-12.
