Wisconsin drunk driving laws are a joke. Period. Maybe when the governers grandchild is the victim of one of these loosers who continue to get behind the wheel intoxicated will anything change.

you know what is amazing to me? people can have multiple arrests for OWI taking thousands of lives in their hands each time they get behind a wheel. But a dog bites someone and not knowing the entire reason for it, the animal is put down. They could have been provoked for some reason and aren't given a second chance. What is it going to take for the system to wake up and keep these 'drunks' off the road?
