Here is the latest Wisconsin sports news from The Associated Press:

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Danny Granger scored 29 points to lead the Indiana Pacers past the Milwaukee Bucks 118-109 last night. George Hill added 22 points for the Pacers, who clinched homecourt advantage in the first round of the playoffs. Brandon Jennings had a team-high 27 points as the Bucks lost their third straight.

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Matt Kemp hit his seventh homer of the season yesterday in the Los Angeles Dodgers' 4-3 win over the Milwaukee Brewers. Andre Ethier and Juan Rivera also drovce in runs for the Dodgers, who avoided a three-game sweep. Travis Ishikawa had two hits and two RBIs for the Brewers.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Green Bay Packers general manager Ted Thompson says the team is waiting for more information on the playing future of Nick Collins. The 28-year-old Collins sustained a career-threatening neck injury at Carolina last season. Thompson says Collins is gathering medical advice.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Wisconsin has decided to allow forward Jarrod Uthoff to seek a transfer to any school he chooses outside the Big Ten. Athletic director Barry Alvarez and associate AD Justin Doherty met with coach Bo Ryan yesterday after the transfer situation drew national criticism. Uthoff was redshirted as a freshman last season.
