Today we tackle the weight around the waist that so many women get after kids or just after slacking at the gym.
Many health experts call this the "mid-life muffin top" because of changes in hormones combined with bad habits and stress.
So here are some ideas to lose it:
- Processed foods are bad. Avoid them completely if you can.
- Run and hide from anything "family size"... portions are also a problem.
- Pick up a pair of weights if they're not already part of your workout routine.... even though you don't lift weights with your waist, it can better work your metabolism.
-Eat every three to four hours and quit at least 3 hours before bed time.
- Finally, the worse your quality of sleep, the wider your girth.
