Moms... this one is for you.
You're always worried about what to feed the kids, but we compiled a list the super foods you need to keep around.
This one is from our friends at webmd.com.
First, low-fat yogurt, at least 3-5 servings a week. Some suggest it might decrease the risk for breast cancer.
Number two, fatty fish at least 2-3 days a week, things like salmon with DHA.
The third super food for moms is beans, 3-4 times a week. It's a great source of protein and fiber.
Finally, go for tomatoes, watermelon or red grapefruit up to five days a week.
